Beldibi Transfer

Beldibi is the first stop on the coastal road running from Antalya to Kemer, and that position defines its character: the Taurus mountains drop straight to the sea here, so the settlement is squeezed onto a narrow strip between rock and water. The beaches are pebble, the sea deepens immediately off the shore, and the water therefore reads a deep turquoise. The pine forest behind keeps the air cooler even in summer, which is why those escaping the heat and humidity of central Antalya choose this strip.

Beldibi has a place in archaeological literature too. The Beldibi Cave in the cliffs behind the shore, with its prehistoric engraved images, holds some of the oldest traces of human presence in Anatolia. Today the area is better known for its holiday villages: large resorts with private beaches on the sea side of the coastal road, and aparthotels and boutique properties backing onto pine forest on the mountain side.

The airport route follows the Antalya ring road first, then the coastal highway from the Konyaaltı exit onward. As congestion can build at that exit and on the city links in summer, our drivers do not stick to one fixed path but choose the fastest route for the moment. Once on the coastal road the drive continues through bends and short tunnels, a stretch where driver experience makes a difference to both comfort and safety.

Most hotels sit at the end of short access roads branching off the coastal highway, and their signs are easy to miss at speed. Our drivers know these entrances and set you down at reception. Distances between Beldibi, Göynük and Kemer are short; if you want to move to another property along the same strip, we arrange local transfers too.
