Belek is the only Turkish resort area planned as a golf destination. This coastal strip between Kızılağaç and Serik consists of championship-standard golf courses set among pine forest and the five-star hotels that serve them. Most of the courses were laid out by well-known designers, and because they can be played through the winter the area draws strong off-season interest from Europe.

The region is not limited to golf. Long, fine-sand beaches, the generous grounds of the hotels and the pine forest also make Belek suitable for a family holiday. The ancient theatre of Aspendos — among the best-preserved Roman theatres anywhere — is half an hour away, while Köprülü Canyon rafting trips and the ancient city of Perge are the other main excursions.

Belek is reached from the airport along the D400 highway; the road is straight and comfortable, with no hidden difficulty on this route. The point that really needs attention is luggage: golf bags are longer and heavier than standard suitcases, and a Vito cannot always take two golf sets plus the luggage of four passengers. Tell us at booking that you are carrying golf equipment and we will size the vehicle accordingly.

Hotels in Belek sit at the end of long private roads off the main highway and their entrances look alike; at some properties the golf-course gate is separate from the reception gate. Our drivers know the right one. You can also request vehicles for daily travel between courses and hotels, or arrange region-to-region transfers towards Boğazkent and Side.
