Kiriş is a quiet stretch of coast just south of Kemer where the pine forest reaches down to the sea. Although within walking distance of Kemer centre it keeps its own hushed character; the beach is pebble and the water clear and deep from the shore onward. Properties here are built on large woodland plots, most with their own private beach and jetty.

Kiriş's greatest advantage is its position: Kemer marina and bazaar are minutes north, while Çamyuva, Tekirova and ancient Phaselis lie close to the south. The base station of the Tahtalı Mountain cable car is also very near; the line climbing from sea level to 2,365 metres is the half-day trip guests in Kiriş make most often.

Kiriş is reached from the airport via the Antalya ring road and then the coastal highway towards Kemer. The road runs along the foot of the mountains through bends and tunnels, entering forest once past Kemer. Lighting is limited on this stretch at night, so a driver who knows the route makes a difference to both duration and comfort. With flight tracking the vehicle waits for delayed landings.

Hotels in Kiriş sit at the end of long private roads off the coastal highway, some with entrances several hundred metres inland from the main road.
