Kızılot is a quiet resort area on the coastal strip between Side and Alanya, named after the reddish soil around it. It forms a calm band between the crowds of Side and the bustle of Alanya; the beach is long and sandy and the sea deepens slowly. Most hotels are mid-size to large all-inclusive properties set back from the main road on generous grounds.

Most visitors spend the holiday inside their resort, but the surroundings are rich in excursions. The ancient peninsula of Side is half an hour west, while the Manavgat Waterfall and river boat trips are closer still. Heading east, Alanya castle and the Dim River valley are about an hour away. Along Kızılot's own shore, the seafront walking strip is the favourite late-afternoon activity.

Kızılot is reached from the airport along the D400 highway and counts among the longer routes on the Antalya coast. Most of the road is wide and comfortable, though some sections after Manavgat get busy in summer. Over this distance vehicle comfort is felt directly, and our Mercedes fleet keeps the drive from tiring you. With flight tracking the vehicle waits for delayed landings, and service continues for night arrivals.

Hotels in Kızılot sit at the end of long access roads off the main highway and their signs look alike; finding the right turn in the dark is difficult. Our drivers know the entrances and set you down at reception. Neighbouring Kızılağaç and Side are a short distance away and region-to-region transfers can be requested.
