Lara is the hotel district closest to Antalya Airport; you can be in your room within fifteen minutes of landing. Two things make it recognisable: its fine golden sand and the dunes stretching behind the beach. This sandy structure is rare on the Antalya coast — Konyaaltı and the Kemer side are pebble while Lara is sand, which is why families with children favour the area. The shore is also woven into the city; locals come down at weekends, so this is a living beach rather than a purely touristic one.

Themed five-star resorts line the Lara coastal road. Properties such as Titanic, Delphin and Royal Wings are holiday villages in their own right, with vast grounds, water parks and private beach sections. At the western end of the district stand the cliffs where the Düden Waterfall drops into the sea; passing it by boat or watching from the park above is the short excursion almost every Lara guest makes. Antalya centre, the Kaleiçi old town and the marina are twenty minutes away.

The airport journey is short, but the way the hotels sit one after another along the shore brings its own difficulty. Main entrances are often reached not from the coastal road but from the service road behind; arriving at the wrong gate can mean a long walk with luggage. Our drivers know every hotel entrance in the area and set you down right at reception. With flight tracking the vehicle waits when your flight is late, and service continues for midnight arrivals.

Lara and Kundu run into one another and the names are sometimes confused; simply write the hotel name in your booking and we will identify the right area. For those who prefer to stay near the city centre, Konyaaltı is the alternative, about half an hour from here. On the return we plan the departure time around your flight and collect you from your hotel door.

Our Lara transfer price is fixed — night arrival, public holiday or peak season make no difference; the price is set when you book and printed on your voucher.
